Software Purchases
All software purchases are non-refundable, as the license keys provided are yours to keep for the duration purchased and cannot be returned.
Service Refunds
Refunds for other services, such as unlimited tech support, will be prorated based on the remaining time in your subscription.
Subscription Start Date and Courtesy Time Extension Policy
When you enroll with us, your service begins immediately on your enrollment date — not when your previous subscription with another company ends.
As a courtesy, we add the remaining time you had with your previous provider to the end of your new subscription with us. This extension is at no extra cost to you and is intended to make your transition smoother.
Example:
If you sign up on 05/03/2025, and your previous subscription ends 08/01/2025, your new subscription with us will run until 08/01/2026 — giving you a full year plus the courtesy time.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are pro-rated based only on your enrollment date with us — not based on the end date of your previous provider’s subscription.
If you cancel, you will only receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription with us. The courtesy time we extended does not affect the refund calculation.
Important:
By enrolling, you acknowledge that your subscription with us begins immediately and that any refund is calculated solely on the service time used with us, regardless of any prior or overlapping subscriptions elsewhere.
