About StaySafe IT

Our story

Before starting StaySafe IT, we spent more than eight years working directly with computer support clients. During that time, we built relationships with people who relied on us for help with their everyday computer use. When the company we worked for closed its doors, many of those customers were left without the support they had come to depend on.

Those relationships became the foundation of StaySafe IT. We wanted customers to continue receiving help from someone they already knew and trusted, without having to start over with an unfamiliar provider. Preserving those relationships and providing personal, dependable service remain central to the company as it continues to grow.

We believe computer support should make everyday life easier. Some customers need help with an occasional problem, while others prefer to have someone handle maintenance, protection, and technical issues for them. Whether technology feels overwhelming or you simply have other things to focus on, we’re here to help. We explain problems in everyday language, offer practical guidance, and handle the technical work you don’t have the time or interest to manage yourself.
